Resin characteristics
It can be produced by UV curing and heat curing.
It is a solvent-free resin with excellent transparency and fluidity.
The nanoparticles in the resin do not evaporate or solidify. 

Hardened product characteristics
By containing inorganic nanoparticles, shrinkage is minimized.
Tg (glass transition temperature): 230°C, compatible with reflow paths.
Because inorganic nanoparticles are evenly dispersed, it has very good optical properties.
